One of the things we’re most proud of as a company, is the personal attention that we try to give to every order placed through our site. From the moment an order is placed through our site until it’s shipped out, the order is being checked and rechecked by everyone who handles your order. I’d like to use this opportunity to give a brief explanation of our order processing and tracking system.
The first thing that happens after an order is placed through our website is that the packing slip is printed by our warehouse. The warehouse staff will then take the order and pull all of the jewelry necessary to fill the it. At this point, the order is checked for engraving details; if there is engraving that needs to be done on the order, then the order is transfered to our Engraving Department, if the jewelry does not need to be engraved, it is moved directly to our packing department.
Then, the orders that require engraving are processed in the order that they were placed online. Each piece of jewelry in an order is engraved individually by one of our highly skilled engravers. After an engraving is tested and manipulated to look its very best, the item is engraved as deeply as it is possible to engrave without damaging the piece.

Next, the order is moved to our Quality Checking & Packing Department. Here, every item in every order is checked again for quality and accuracy in engraving. This means that in addition to receiving a second quality check (the first check is performed when the jewelry first arrives at our warehouse), the jewelry is also inspected for typos, text orientation, faint engraving, and all other possible engraving errors. The items are then individually wrapped in tissue paper, and packaged in free satin gift bags. Everything is loaded into a padded envelope and moved to the shipping department.

From there, our employees use the order’s unique bar code to print out a shipping label for each order. All of this takes place within 3 business days of the date that the order was placed. Customer’s will then receive their orders according to the shipping option that they selected when they placed the order e.g. FedEx Overnight, or First Class Mail (USPS).
End to End Order Tracking means that our customers are notified of their order’s status throughout this whole process. In addition to receiving a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email to notify them when their order is shipped, our customers can log onto our site at any time, enter their order number, and find out exactly what stage of the process their order is in.
